Lobbyiste fantôme de la FNSEA 2 - syndicat agricole productiviste ancré à droite - il foule au pied le débat démocratique pour défendre les intérêts d’une minorité agissante, en déposant au Sénat une nouvelle proposition de loi visant à ré-autoriser l'utilisation de l’acétamipride et du flupyradifurone 3.
En effet, le malin sénateur veut faire passer sa proposition de loi avant le débat prévu à l'Assemblée Nationale le 11 février.
En dehors de préconiser d’empoisonner les citoyens, le cynique et têtu sénateur (LR) s'assoit sur la démocratie.
Le 7 août dernier, le Conseil constitutionnel avait censurer le passage de la première proposition de loi « duplomb » préconisant l'utilisation de l'acétamipride en s'appuyant sur la Charte de l'environnement au prétexte que la proposition de loi ne prévoyait pas de limite dans le temps ni dans l’espace de l’usage des produits en question.
La nouvelle proposition de loi du rusé sénateur est adaptée à la censure initiale et fixe désormais l'autorisation à trois ans et seulement à trois spécialités agricoles – les betteraves, les noisettes et les pommes.
Le sénateur et ses employeurs n'en ont que faire des avertissements du Centre International de Recherche en Agronomie pour le Développement - CIRAD - « on sait pourquoi ces produits ont été interdits, ils ont des effets dévastateurs sur les écosystèmes, la santé » et des scientifiques du CNRS « en 30 ans, 30.000 publications scientifiques sur les dangers de ces insecticides sont sorties, combien en faudra-t-il pour que les politiques reviennent à la raison ? »

FNSEA phantom lobbyist 5- a right-wing, productivist agricultural union – it tramples on democratic debate to defend the interests of an active minority, by submitting to the Senatea new bill aimed at re-authorizing the use of acetamipride and flupyradifurone 6.
Indeed, the cunning senator wants to pass his bill before the debate scheduled in the National Assembly on February 11.
Apart from advocating poisoning citizens, the cynical and stubborn senator (LR) is flouting democracy.
On August 7th, the Constitutional Council struck down the passage in the first "Duplomb" bill advocating the use of ...acetamipride, relying on the Charter of the Environment, on the pretext that the proposed law did not provide for any time or space limits on the use of the products in question.
The new bill proposed by the cunning senator is adapted to the initial censure and now sets the authorization at three years and only to three agricultural specialties – beets, hazelnuts and apples.
The senator and his employers disregard the warnings from the International Center for Agricultural Research for Development - CIRAD -"We know why these products were banned; they have devastating effects on ecosystems and health.”scientists from the CNRS"In 30 years, 30,000 scientific publications on the dangers of these insecticides have been published; how many more will it take for politicians to come to their senses ?"
